  • Daily review and feedback for workouts
  • Weekly workout scheduling blocks and daily updates as needed 
  • Unlimited schedule modifications based off personal needs
  •  Race day and training nutrition 
  •  Injury prevention and strength training workouts included
  • Evaluation of goal races and strategy 
  • Detailed review of athletes past training  methods
  • 4 month minimum commitment
  • 10% discount for services paid in full

 

LIMITED COACHING $125 per month (4 month commitment)
  • Monthly training plan done in a 4 week block
  • Weekly review and feedback on key workouts ONLY
  • Personalized Training Plan to fit your schedule and fitness goals 
  • One scheduled phone call monthly initiated by the athlete
  • One schedule adjustment per month
  •  Basic athlete training peaks account
  • 4 month minimum commitment
  • 10% Discount for services paid in full
